is Residential ?
Residential rates can be applied
for such projects as small to large
homes, small apartment buildings and
condominiums.
Crane sets involving
commercial projects such as banks,
restaurants, billboards or other such
types will require our
Commercial Rates.
Other Services ..
Onsite Inspections of your
jobsite can be provided by any of our
certified operating engineers upon
request to determine which crane is
required to provide a safe hoist.
Sized
Spreader Bars can be
requested at no extra charge on most
crane models. Larger and heavier
spreader bars may require an additional
truck and trailer at a small fee.

A
2-Person Manbasket system is
available for rental on our 38-Ton
Hydraulic Crane, complete with necessary
rigging and harness for only $115.00 per
day extra. Other crane sizes may require
an additional truck and trailer at a

TIME
IS CHARGED PORTAL TO PORTAL OUR YARD. RATES ARE SUBJECT
TO THE AREAS OF ST. LOUIS CITY AND COUNTY, ST. CHARLES
CITY AND COUNTY, AND THE JEFFERSON COUNTY AREAS.
WORKDAY CONSISTS OF AN 8 HOUR DAY, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
( 7:00 AM TO 3:30 PM) WITH LUNCH BEING FROM 12:00 –
12:30 PM. OVERTIME, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND HOLIDAYS
WILL BE ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR LABOR. CALL FOR
WEEKLY AND MONTHLY PRICES. OPERATORS AND OILERS TO BE
GUARANTEED MINIMUM AND / OR OVERTIME PAY AS IS
APPLICABLE. OPERATORS AND OILERS ARE INCLUDED IN ALL
RATES WITH OVERTIME TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. RATES
AND / OR TERMS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
