What is Commercial ?

Crane sets involving commercial projects such as banks, restaurants, billboards will require these rates and minimums.  Other types can include factories, industrial buildings, or anything outside of the realm of normal residential construction.

Residential Rates can be applied for such projects as small to large homes, small apartment buildings and condominiums.

Other Services ..

Onsite Inspections of your jobsite can be provided by any of our certified operating engineers upon request to determine which crane is required to provide a safe hoist.  Call for current rates and pricing.

Sized Spreader Bars can be requested at no extra charge on most crane models.  Larger and heavier spreader bars may require an additional truck and trailer at a small fee.  Please call for info.

A 2-Person Manbasket system is available for rental on our 38-Ton Hydraulic Crane, complete with necessary rigging and harness for only $115.00 per day extra.  Other crane sizes may require an additional truck and trailer at a small fee.  Please call for info.
